THE PROBLEM
Wiredzone’s legacy storefront had dense layouts, low conversion, and fragmented brand touchpoints. Complex rack server configuration created major buyer friction, with ~24% of orders requiring support intervention and resulting in lost sales.
THE CHALLENGE
Brand & Design System: Built visual identity and tokenized system unifying web, app, and transactional email touchpoints.
Website & Server Configurator UX: Restructured information architecture. Engineered a multi-step guided configurator with a real-time compatibility engine validating to eliminate order errors.
